How do I order a design that is "Out of stock/Not available online"?

 All products that are not indicated as “Available Online” would be available to special order, with a lead time of approximately 3 weeks depending on the piece. Please email us for more information about how to place special orders or for the status of sold-out products.

 

 

 

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will get a confirmation email. Orders are shipped within 2-10 business days approximately unless otherwise noted in the listing. At Checkout, you will be able to see how many days your package will need to reach you.

If you need to receive your order before a specific date, you can always email us and we will try our best to help you with that. 

 

Please note that due to the impact of COVID-19 on the postal service, shipping times may be extended.

 

 

 

Do you offer Returns?

We try our best to provide you with the best quality, and we want you to be happy with your order. If you are not pleased with your order please reach us within 3 days after receiving your order and we will try out best to solve the problem.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item back in new, unworn condition, We will issue a full refund (excluding shipping cost).

 

 

 

What's the nature of Handmade/Handcrafted pieces?

All our items are handmade which means that they are all slightly different than one another and no two pieces are exactly the same. All are made by hand and not by machines.

Some very minor imperfection may occur (which is very normal for handmade pieces) that will not affect the appearance of the design nor its functionality in any possible way.

 

We believe that this is the beauty of handmade Jewelry. each piece is so special, so unique. Just like the people who wear them.

You will be surprised by how lightweight they are!

 

 

 

What about Delayed/Lost orders?

Please make sure that you provide us with your correct/full address as we will use the address you provide to ship your order.

Once an item leaves our hands, and a carrier tracking number has been sent to you, we are not responsible for issues that may occur like lost, damaged, delayed orders, or delievery errors because of incorrect shipping information.

 

Please contact your local UPS branch or other carriers as they can help you with all the information you need after the shipping proceeds.

 

 

What about Custom Fees ?

Buyers outside Turkey are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply (may/may not). If the buyer decided to not pay for customs and return the package, he/she will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
