Returns
We try our best to provide you with the best quality, and we want you to be happy with your order. If you are not pleased with your order please reach us within 3 days after receiving your order and we will try our best to solve the problem. If you could not contact us within 3 days we will not be able to refund or replace your order.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the item back in new, unworn condition, We will issue a full refund (excluding shipping cost & import costs,if it's an international return).
Cancellation
To cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. We would love to help you as long as the order has not been shipped yet.
Expectations, Damage and Issues
All our items are handmade which means that they are all slightly different than one another and no two pieces are exactly the same.Some very minor imperfection may occur (which is very normal for handmade pieces) that will not affect the appearance of the design nor its functionality in any possible way. Pearls also are natural and no two pieces are the same.
Please handle your pieces with care. which means that if you try to bend the parts or scratch their surface or pull the parts roughly they might likely break. Store your pieces in a safe place away from other jewelry. And if something happened to your pieces please contact us. We will be very happy to help you and repair your pieces if possible.
Shipping & Covid-19
Our items are all handmade, and have 2-10 business days to proceed. Orders are shipped via UPS first class mail. International shipping is calculated at checkout with how many days the package need to reach you. Shipping dates are not guaranteed. If you need a package by a specific date, please contact us!
Due to the impact of COVID-19 on the postal service, shipping times may be extended.
Please make sure that you provide us with your correct/full address as we will use the address you provide to ship your order. Once an item leaves our hands, and a carrier tracking number has been sent to you, we are not responsible for issues that may occur like lost, damaged, delayed orders, or delievery errors because of incorrect shipping information. You can always contact your local UPS branch or other carriers as they can help you with all the information you need after the shipping proceeds.
Due to COVID-19, orders are only shipped once per week to avoid multiple trips to the post office. Orders are packaged while masked, with sanitized hands, for your safety.
